You Don't Need a Futures Account to Get a Managed Account
Grain Market MAX is a cash grain managed account. This means you
allocate your grain to this program and we execute trades on your
behalf. You don't miss opportunities to pull the trigger because you
were out in the field or emotionally attached. By using a cash grain
program we can help you achieve higher prices, lower risk and
simplify decisions. You also don't need a futures account or cash sitting
in a brokerage account. Since you don't need this, you get the benefit of
selling futures and negotiating basis separately which improves cash
grain prices and ultimately your bottom line!
How it works:
You sign up bushels in the program and we secure best prices for them.
Step 1: Register for GrainBridge for FREE. We can help you get
registered or simply do it online yourself.
Step 2: Complete limited POA for grain marketing.
Step 3: We update your account with complete total production and line
item cost of production as detailed as you desire. This step allows you
to view profit and loss on a daily basis for your farm using CBOT
closing prices!
Step 4: Tell us who you are willing to sell to. Trucking costs? Favorite
delivery points? We'll work with them.
Step 5: Chose your marketing plan and we’ll make sell offers on your behalf throughout the year. We’ll work with your plan to manage risks and achieve best prices for both futures AND cash!
How to use it:
Scenario 1: DIY. Sign up for GrainBridge and we'll be your dealer. If
you have questions we'll help you.
Scenario 2: Sign up certain number of bushels. Put us up against your
own marketing plan and see how we perform. We are professional
trigger pullers, landing you in top third. With enough bushels we'll also
push basis for you!
Scenario 3: Sign up the whole farm. We get a more thorough
perspective on your risk and profit scenarios by viewing all of your
farm. Different than grain elevator managed accounts because we are
independent. We're not buying your grain, we're not selling you
products. This is an advisor that is getting his hands dirty for you.
