The AAS Dealership Program was specifically designed to allow us to offer our progressive services outside our geographical region. Companies who have interest in helping farmers grow their businesses through unique service offerings without the headache of development and staffing, are a perfect fit for our program.

We’ve developed a series of training courses with the intent on helping equipment, fertilizer/chemical retailers, independent seedsmen, and independent agronomist/consultants roll out a program that flexes with their needs but most importantly, fits our mission to support the farmer clients who make up a growing and loyal agri-business.



The AAS Dealership Program has been a goal of ours for more than 5 years. We’ve spent significant time building training programs and materials that our team members and dealers will benefit from. We have developed systems and software programs that make running a crop consulting business streamlined, both in terms of time efficiency and allowing progressive farmers to have a say in what and how things are done. These unique aspects build value for both dealers and clients.

Scalable: The program is flexible and adapts to your interest level. If you’d like to start small, test the waters and add as you and your team get comfortable. Attend a few meeting/training events and get to know us, some of our clients and how we approach things.

Unique: Since we recognize you as the local agronomic expert, our role is more about facilitating the marketing and events associated with building a presence in your area. We provide the background support that will make you successful with progressive farmers in your region.

Workflow Software: We have a logistics and job management program built that enables us to work closely with you to place orders, prioritize jobs, route field work, upload and download site specific field data and ultimately allow you to communicate with your clients like never before. This is part of the back-office secret sauce.

Customize Almost Everything: We believe in mass customization. The idea that technology can enable you to deliver a different product to each customer is hugely valuable. With things like our fertility web tool and Next Level Projects, along with our Innovator Round Tables, you and your clients will grow and learn together… with you playing the hub role. It’s not magic, it’s systematic!

Social: Since so much of our business is dependent on learning and growing we believe marketing must incorporate social media. You and your clients can participate in our Facebook page, online forums and local and regional meetings. In fact, we envision segments of our clients circling up around core interests and traveling across the country to visit and interact with one another as they take unique perspectives home to implement on their farm. You don’t have to know it all to be indispensible… you just have to play a key role.
